"I booked a 2 night stay for my wife's birthday, everything was perfect. Thank you to Ellie for putting the balloons, champagne and roses in the room for me, and thank you to the chef who made 2 small cakes and served it on plate with a very elegantly written "happy birthday". The breakfast and dinner options were very tasty, all the staff were extremely friendly and we look forward to staying again soon!"

"This was our 9th time here, as a group of fellow motorcyclists, this place is a Central meeting place for all of us. The Dog house could do with a lick of paint, but it is clean. Good selection of drinks, decent meals and a good breakfast. "

"The hotel gave me a room with a gorgeous roll top bath as I had requested, so I was very grateful to enjoy a luxurious soak. I also was very happy with the breakfast; you can order anything off their menu, however it was inconvenient that breakfast wasn't served until 8am because I had a to be at a seminar in the centre of Oxford by 9am and I ended up arriving there late. I also could not find the car park so had to pay for the long stay. "
