"Great hotel overall. This was our second visit this year we have noticed however the staff are not as good as they were before. We stayed in a pool view preferred club room and had a partial ocean view. Room was great, breakfast was nice apart from trying to get a coffee was almost impossible. The two main ladies on breakfast in the preferred lounge are great but on a weekend they are not there and it's a bit chaotic. "Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience."
