"The hotel caters to both couples and families, with different pool areas allowing everyone to make the most of the area. The rooms were regularly cleaned and well looked after with a sea view room being a highlight of the holiday. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, a particular thanks to Simone for making this trip so memorable. "

"A lovely hotel with great facilities and bedrooms, the only thing letting it down was the restaurant. Only stayed one night but the quantity, quality and variety of the food was poor. Difficulty in finding plates and extra cutlery and food was not topped up in a timely manner. Pity as in all other aspects the hotel was great. Poorest food we’ve ever had in H10 hotels or indeed in any other 4* hotels."

"Lovrly hotel, rooms are a little dated but really clean. The ourside areas are looked after really well. Lovely Christmas decorations around so felt festive. The pools in each area made sure it was never too busy and there were plenty of sunbeds. The adult pool was a bonus and the regular pool is a great size. Less than 20 min walk to the beach there is a free shuttle bus twice a day and a supermarket just where the bus stopsped. Would definitely stay again."

"Would recommend to anyone who is looking for interesting design and great views and great service. It you're looking for an all-inclusive on the beach choice, this one isn't for you and didn't appear to have loads of options for kids. We were looking for a really nice 3 days away as a couple without loads of plans and just relaxing. The hotel was beautifully designed and exactly what we were looking for. The staff was also so friendly and helpful. "

"La Finca Isolina is a fabulous B&B with spectacular views of the sea. The breakfasts are wonderful and the dinner we had was cooked with fresh, all local ingredients by a professional chef. We would love to return!"

Lovely spacious villa

"Lovely villa , great outdoor space , only 3 of us on this holiday but could easily accommodate 6 and more, kitchen is a great size , lots of equipment, living room is absolutely huge! But lovely to chill out in for a night in or after a night out. Lots of wardrobe space, plenty of storage in all bedrooms.Pool man was really friendly and came often. Linen was changed during our 2 week stay, she was lovely too. It does back on to a road, but it’s minimal noise, we loved hearing the school children getting on and off the coaches! Good location about 20 min walk to playa flamingo and another 20 min walk to the harbour , 10 min walk to baileys bar ( brilliant food and drinks) Great communication with owners all in all a fantastic stay in our favourite place in the world"

Great villa, spacious and well appointed

"This villa has loads of space both indoors and out. It is well appointed throughout, which made our stay really comfortable. The kitchen facilities were good, making occasions when we ate there really easy. The washing machine was greatly appreciated as was the dishwasher. The bedrooms are all generous in size and comfy. Outdoors the space is plentiful and the sun loungers were the best I’ve had anywhere! The pool was heated and really made our holiday. The outdoor space offers complete privacy, not overlooked at all. The location is very quiet, perfect for relaxing in. The area does have quite a few cockroaches but guess that’s just the heat and certainly couldn’t be the fault of the villa. The area did lose water for several hours on at least a couple of the days, but again, this is beyond the control of the host. What I would say on the water issue is that the host’s appointed person in the area couldn’t have been more helpful or efficient, which we really appreciated. I would say that a car is almost essential for this villla but so long as you have one the location is very good, with beaches and shops in abundance nearby. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend!"

"As I've never been to Lanzarote booked a last minute flight wothout accommodation. My first experience of thisnisland was Palmeras Gardens. Tbf, it was the only place that was for under 100quid. I was greeted in Reception by the wonderful and charming Celia. She was really attentive, supporting and had a positive energy about her. I really enjoyed the apartment and seating area out the front. This propert was only available for 1 night but after the 2 subsequent evenings elsewhere at another location, I really wosh Palmeras Gardens had an available let for my total of 3 nights. I travel frequently and hate being around the "typical" brits in resorts. I didnt k lw what to expect of Lanzarote but didn't realise it was basically a resort island. Resorts and paclage holidays aren't my cup of tea and i am so happy i found Palmeras Gardens. It was a nice quiet location situated under Montaña Roja, i walked this various ti.es and would recommend this location and set of holiday lets. "
