Per esempio, in camera abbiamo soggiornato in 3 e avevamo 2 asciugamani, fatto presente al primo giorno, diverse volte hanno continuato a mettere solo 2 asciugamani. Ma questa non è la sola area di miglioramento. A pranzo qualche volta mancavano i cucchiai e richiesto hanno portato un solo cucchiaio, come se questa...
