"Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience."

"Quieter part of main hotel. Disappointed with our room allocation .. looking out over a waste area. Cheaper rooms in other parts of the hotel with pool & partial seaview. Maybe the hotel should reconsider which rooms are included in the Royal Level - definitely check your room allocation! Buffet was lovely private & small ( but we actually preferred the main buffet). Lovely long heated pool area. Book a better room in the main hotel rather than Royal Level would be our advice. A lot of walking...

"Overall this is a wonderful place to stay. Quiet, clean and friendly. We have stayed here a number of times and are never disappointed. The only small issue is the pillows. Maybe a couple more available to use in the room as needed would be perfect."

"One of the most gorgeous huge hotels we have ever stayed at!! Modern deco. Loads of space everywhere. Never felt crowded. Stunning views & easy walk (10 mins to the main town) & beach (5 mins). Rooms are beautifully appointed. Buffet area large & tastefully decorated. Might be a little short on staff some days ... But not a complaint. Love that they don't charge for sparkling water!!!"

"Went there to celebrate my birthday and had best time! Bar staff absolutely lovely but young blonde woman on reception was very rude. But other than that I totally recommend staying there! Location is good if you want to get the steps in for the day. Lovely views from the restaurant"

"Our apartment was a lovely room on the third floor with a gorgeous view from the balcony. Spotlessly clean with a daily service. Decor is a tad dated but had everything we needed. Service is excellent - all staff were super friendly & helpful. The pool area was very clean too, with complementary towels provided throughout the stay. Location is great - everything within an easy walk. I would happily stay here again! "

"Friendly, welcoming and efficient staff made our stay a pleasure. The Volcan Club area (adults only) was ideal for us, quiet, with a great pool area with bar. Our room was perfect with a good seating area and a sea view across to Fuerteventura. Fabulous breakfast, afternoon tea, and an evening bar were all excellent. "

Small block of 6 apartments, just a stones through from the Marina Rubicon.

Cute studio apartment

"Apartment itself was everything you need on holiday - the shower cubicle is a bit small however the shower itself was great so it was no hardship! Overall a nice little apartment and a lovely pool area with sunbeds.My only criticism would be the bed! It's a studio so we expected a sofa bed, and a normal sofa bed would have been fine, but it was a, albeit very comfortable, sofa bed from Ikea that has a solid fixed 'back and sides' where the cushions are supported when it is a sofa, and this means that only one person can get in and out of bed in the normal way, the other is hemmed in and has to climb over their partner/friend/whoever they are sharing with, to get out of bed, which is extremely inconvenient - it also means that the person on the 'enclosed' side of the bed feels very claustrophobic! (or maybe that's just me!)"

A week in March

"Lovely property, bigger than the pictures, felt more residential than a holiday let. Great outdoor space. We swam in the pool even though our weather was mixed.We had a hire car which we were glad of as Villa is on the outer edge of Playa Blanca which wasn’t clear in map location on Vrbo but not an issue …very quiet, safe area.Beds comfortable, showers good, a few extra plates and cutlery would enhance the kitchen. We hope to stay again."

"Staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were all clean and in order. There's two pools, with the one closer to reception being considerably warmer than the other and being where most of the hotels activities took place. Had booked this up quite late, so really wasn't expecting much, but I'm happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised and I'd definitely book up here again."
