"Nice property well described on line. TV did not work on arrival, but was promptly fixed via Retreat Villas. Pool was listed as heated but didn’t feel like it! Need more kitchen crockery and especially utensils. Glasses provided when requested. Would need aircon when hot. "

There are some grocery stores are only a short walk away, and the Marina shops and restaurants a little further in the opposite direction. The house was just as described and really clean. As we were arriving late he offered that we could even send a shopping list. The lady who met us at the property, Inma, was very helpful and showed us around. I had mentioned to Gonzalo that my Spanish wasn’t great so she brought with her an English speaking companion too. She had done a great job with our shopping list. "We have stayed in this small complex before but this was a much nicer finished duplex with a real home from home feel Located only 5-10 min walk from the marina, close to a couple of decent supermarkets and with a great pool this is a great holiday option "

"Great place, quiet but 5 minutes from shops and a 10 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina. Address is a but tricky as the street sign for Calle Cyca4 is missing, there is a notice board on the wall where it should be that has a map showing the property. Overall we had a great stay."

"We had a lovely break here in Feb 2025. The villa is very spacious and clean, albeit is a little tired in places (like bathrooms). Kitchen facilities were fantastic and had everything to prep wholesome family meals.The biggest highlight was the pool.
