"This is the fourth year we've stayed here. As always it was clean comfortable well equipped and quiet. The pool is small but clean and just what you need to cool off. It is ideal location for walks along the promenade and the huge selection of eating places at the marina (5min. walk). "

"Property was exactly as described and only 10 minutes walk into Playa Blanca. Lounge/dining area very comfortable and great to have English TV. We did miss not having an oven, which we knew about..... We should have used the BBQ more, but didn't always time it right. Communication with the host was great. "

"We arrived early evening - property did not strike us as being cleaned. ( Mouse/rat pellets in bedroom not good). My wife spent quite some time next day cleaning floor etc. We have stayed in Jardin del Sol many times and know it well. We then settled in and enjoyed our stay. A lovely small property in a lovely area."

"Came with my husband, brother and sister in law to celebrate my 70th birthday. The apartment was as accurately described, well equipped and spacious.Communication with the host/agent was excellent, and we particularly appreciated the opportunity of a late checkout, before our evening flight back, enabling us to make the most of the last day. The roof terrace is awesome, and equipped with duplicate items reduces the trips up and down the spiral staircase with glasses, plates etc. The only down...

"The flat has a lovely upper floor balcony for a sunny afternoon. Very close to the main shopping street and the main commercial heart of Playa Blanca, and its sea front. The flat is a 4 minute walk from the Bus Station, so an easy bus journey from the airport. The kitchen is fully equipt with every utensil and cooking item, and a large fridge freezer. Very easy access to the flat using the external key safe. "

"We spent 10 days at this property and loved every minute. The apartment is huge for a 1 bedroom property. It was very clean and tidy. The location could not have been better. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. There was plenty of room and the fn to enjoy the sun in private. I would love to return and would recommend this property to family and friends."

"We had a beautiful stay at this perfectly located apartment. It’s situated at the Marina Rubicón with plenty of amenities nearby including an excellent choice of restaurants and bars. The town of Playa Blanca is just a short 20 minute stroll along the promenade. The landlord was so easy to deal with and we felt right at home from the day we arrived. We’re already looking forward to going back again in the not too distant future. "

"Very good but the noise from the gambling bar below was dreadful, banging, chairs being screeched along a tiled floor and noisy rabbles inside the bar and outside the bedroom windows until 2 or 3am! We have booked elsewhere for next year in apartment which only has a office below operating 9am to 5pm and closed on Sunday."
