"Quieter part of main hotel. Disappointed with our room allocation .. looking out over a waste area. Cheaper rooms in other parts of the hotel with pool & partial seaview. Maybe the hotel should reconsider which rooms are included in the Royal Level - definitely check your room allocation! Buffet was lovely private & small ( but we actually preferred the main buffet). "This is a traditional house, very nicely renovated. The best thing is the delightful terrace with a lovely view. This is where you have a very nice, very well presented breakfast. We were rather disappointed with our room. Although spacious it was far from luxurious and we had problems with the plumbing twice in 9 nights. Yaiza is a very quiet little town and for a better choice of restaurants it is easy to drive to El Golfo or Playa Quemada, both by the sea."
