"We use the hotel frequently and feel at home there. Especially like the atmosphere in the bar and invariably find ourselves chatting with other guests. Great location for the business district but only ten minutes from the Royal Albert Dock or the excellent city centre shops. Literally dozens of good restaurants within 15 minutes walk and its own MPW restaurant is also very good. Highly recommended "

"Perfect for an overnight stay prior to taking a flight. Room very clean and comfortable however, it was very small. Access to all terminals and station was an easy walk. "

"Too many people slate this hotel We had a lovely warm Room bed was clean and bathroom was clean and hot working water and shower staff where amazing and the history of this place speaks for itself too many pick holes in this place and forget how old this building is I will Allways come back time and time again ! "Used the hotel for one night for a football game. Easy to get to from Lime St station (20 mins) and an easy enough walk to ground (30 mins). Not much around immediate area but didn’t mind that. Had a burger from their afternoon menu when I arrived and tbh, it was not great. Tasty but the burger (the beef bit!) was tiny which was disappointing. However, the breakfast was excellent, 10/10 for that. Overall, happy with stay and would consider booking again"
