"We recently stayed here for two nights for my wife's birthday. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. You are greeted with a stunning reception area, which is tastefully decorated and oozes class. The reception staff were very welcoming and even provided us with a room upgrade for the special occasion. The room was lovely, very clean and with all the amenities you would expect - very good soundproofing (we never heard any other guests) and the blackout curtains were excellent....

"It is hard to start a review of the Montcalm without highlighting the location in the West End. As someone with a mobility impairment, it was a delight to be steps away from so many theaters (including those hosting Hadestown, Oliver, Fawlty Towers, and Les Miserables).
