"We had a really good stay last weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. The lady on reception asked if we were there for an occasion of which we mentioned birthday, and we came back in the evening there some sweet treats waiting for us :) Hotel and our room was of a high standard, buffet breakfast had very good choices available, except no vegetarian sausages. Only fault we had was the 'soundproofing' wasn't very effective as we could hear talking and sirens throughout the night"

"The hotel is far from the underground station but right next to a bus stop. So you have transport options. And the hot water takes a while to kick on but otherwise it was a great room great staff. The pub next door has great prices and friendly staff as well. "

"I booked W12 Rooms because I needed somewhere to stay while working in London for 5 days. It's in a great location on Shepherds Bush Green with lots of food options and with Westfield London a few minutes walk away, it's great for shopping etc too. Lots of local amenities and great transport links. Would book again if working in the Shepherds Bush area again."

"The hotel is located in the centre of London, within walking distances from Shepherd's Bush and Hammersmith tube station and Kensington Overground. Next shopping centre, pubs and take away restaurants are in vicinity. The room was clean, equipped with everything you need, everything worked well and it looks beautiful. However, Shepherd's Bush Road is a very busy road, day and night and it's in proximity of a fire brigade station. As the permanent traffic produces a lot of noise, a soundproof...

"Staff could've been alot kinder, some was great, some not so much. Manager was nice as well. Again just a small percentage that was a little cold."

"The hotel is small with no lift, not the best area but it is conveniently located near the underground and above ground transportation. It is located in Zone 2, so transportation is a bit more expensive if you plan to spend a significant time doing a lot of touristy things in Zone 1. It's a diverse area with an assortment of places to eat in walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. "
