"Property was perfect location. Walkable to everything. I reserved two rooms and asked to be close to each other or at least same floor. Didn’t get it. Then we couldn’t go to each others room coz our key apparently would not work on their floor. Nobody told us about that. The guy at the check in was rude and short with us. He’s white or maybe a different nationality. The lady was rude as well until my husband started getting mad at her. It’s like they’re very defensive and doesn’t not like...

"Nice hotel in terrific location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice if a bit wacky. Rooftop bar was pleasant but I’d stick to wine or beer if you go. Overall ambiance in the hotel was nice. A good value. I’d stay again if I return to Melbourne."
