New property which means in good shape but automated check in seems strange and unipersonal. Then having staff that knows little about the hotel or the area it’s an airport makes it a strange experience but Check in and out was speedy and that’s the positive. Room was comfortable

Great staff, good location and room in very good condition. Somewhat disappointed at slow check in with the self-checkin not working. Also disappointed at lack of glasses in room to drink water, forcing us to use expensive water from in room fridge as very late at night.

The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was well fitted. We loved the pool. Breakfast was delicious. We booked the location for convenience to the airport & included shuttle bus. However on our night of arrival the shuttle bus was not available. There was a huge line at checkin due to a cancelled flight. It was not communicated that you don‘t have to wait in line with an existing reservation. I only found out as I asked at the seperate Ibis checkin, after waiting in line for a considerate amount of time.

Great airport hotel, although just a bit far if you have big bags. Really nice staff, super awesome gym. The restaurant is acceptable and breakfast pretty good.

Great hotel close to airport, our room date included a shuttle and breakfast. Arrived from UK at 10pm no shuttle, an hour in the gold with elderly travellers all waiting for a non existent shuttle. Did find later about a ‘Uber/taxi’ strike which prevented it working that night but seemed not to affect any of the other hotel shuttles which zoomed back and forth. That was by email, I never got in the 12 hour flight. Also no pickup from the hotel for half a dozen calls. Then had to get a taxi, $27 for 3 min drive, but did not get a receipt so could not be reimbursed. Finally to check in, confirmed we are all getting breakfast included in the price of the rooms, our friends to room 209, us to 249 Room 249 doesn’t exist !!! So back down to get the right room my husband goes, new room on the 5th floor but me and the luggage are on 2nd floor which can’t be accessed by a 5 th floor card . Anyway, finally get to sleep. Great room, no complaints. Go for breakfast to find neither rooms are on the list. On the last nerve I had, the dining room manager was ever so kind and let us have breakfast, which was also very good. But the stress this whole booking took on our group was extreme. Suggestion, stay by all means, great room and breakfast BUT make sure you arrive within business hours and triple check every part of your booking.

Stayed twice while making connections. Brand new hotel. All good with exception of the first night which had a very dirty floor in the entrance and bathroom. Too tired to take to management but upon leaving a manager requested feedback. (most unusual but effective). Second night a week later all issues were resolved. Very comfortable pillows and mattress. Breakfast was amazing both times.

I had a fantastic experience at Novatel! Lara and the team were exceptional from the moment I walked in until checkout. I absolutely loved the hotel gym—it was well-equipped and a pleasure to use. Though I didn't have time to try out the pool, it looked amazing, and I'll definitely make time for it on my next visit. Thanks, guys!
