"I paid for the town view room they advertised but I received tennis court and unknown empty lot view. When I raised the issue the front desk staff said they run out of that room. I felt I was fooled by their false advertisement. Iā€™m not a first international traveler and hasnā€™t experienced not getting a room I paid for except this hotel. Other than that, overall experience is good. I believe they should do fair trading."
