"Not quite a 5 star hotel. Lacking in a few areas that would make it that. Sauna and steam room both not working properly. Rooms very small and the bathroom was lacking in quality, tiles with some mould on. Bed was really comfortable and paid the extra for a view which isnt worth it, you just get a view of the train track below which despite being high up is quite noisy. "The location of this property was absolutely excellent. It is right at the south end of the tower bridge. It is about a seven minute walk from Borough Market, which is an interesting market and has tons of food options. It is close to a couple of small grocery stores to be able to get water and other essentials. I stayed in a junior room, and it was very spacious, especially for London. It was very very quiet. "AMAZING SERVICE! Was greeted by a very friendly member of staff on arrival and every part of our stay was incredible. We stayed here due to the convenient location this hotel is based, very close to concerts at the O2. Took about 15 minutes in a taxi to get there so very convenient location. Amazing stay overall!"
