"Check in was efficient and we were greeted by Redz who was very welcoming and made us feel very welcome and appreciated. Room was good, clean and spacious. If I had one issue I found the bed a little hard and uncomfortable and the two nights I didn’t sleep too good. We ate one night in the restaurant, we were served by Alex who again offered us excellent service. We did have a few issues with the food being cold and Alex did his best to rectify this.
