"Very convenient for short stay. We did not know how to get the room heating to work but did find one of the small heat fans in one of their cupboards, which was quite helpful for one night. We could not adjust the water temperature in the basin and had to use cold water. But room did had a good TV and wifi to use. Overall i could rate it a 6.6 on 10."

"The apartment was amazing - much bigger than I anticipated and I loved the fact that we had a washer/drier and dishwasher. Battled to work the microwave (it's built into the oven) and the hob... - even though the instructions were available but eventually figured it out. Staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble!"

" Lacking the charm I found in other hotels through England, my suite was nonetheless comfortable, spacious, bright and clean. One of the receptionists was very unpleasant but the other was friendly and helpful. The extra charge to check in an hour early was insulting, even though I had called ahead and was not informed of this policy. There is no safe place to store luggage prior to check-in or after check-out. Overall it was ok, but nothing would impel me to stay there again. "
