"While I stayed for one night, I found the room very comfortable and modern, with good views of the city (31st floor). Service was excellent, welcoming and prompt. The room and common spaces were clean and looked very new with no signs of wear or age. Can't comment on the restaurants or bar as I didn't use them. The location is very convenient being 4-5 stops from Ginza and within 25 mins by taxi to Haneda Airport, and right next to Shinagawa Station. Will certainly consider a longer stay here...

The room was perfect for family trip because we asked to add an extra bed and it was quite large and comfortable compared to the other hotels in Tokyo. The house keeping placed free chocolate and water each day and it was nice to start each day with these desert.
