"I like everything. The staff are very professional. They are very approachable, polite and kind. They are very organize. The facilities are very clean and high technology. Everything I need in the room is there.The food is excellent. There are so many options, specially the breakfast buffet. I absolutely recommend it. Choose Hilton yokohama hotel and you will not regret it. Thank you so much to all the staff. I will definitely come back again."

"The lobby is very nice. The room is kind of small but has everything you need except for water. You have to buy water from the 7/11 in the lobby, but it is usually fully stocked & has everything that other 7/11s’ in japan has. Friendly staff, except for a couple of the 7/11 workers if you’re non-native to the area. Shopping center with a big food court is 1 street away"

"I would definitely recommend this hotel. The price you can’t beat. Many free options if you forgot a toiletry. First off the staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Many options. The 3 bed room was spacious and the hotel lobby and foyer were quite big too. It’s quiet. There are shops and bakery across the street. Amazing location about 3 min walk to Train station. I was in Japan for 2 weeks, traveling throughout and definitely 5stars. "
