"Overall a good mid-range hotel on many aspects. Polite people, friendly excellent services, clean environment. Nice big swimming pool, good sauna and steam room. Good venue for residential events. Only downside was No air conditioning in the room, and I stayed in one of the Executive rooms. A small fan provided, which was no help as it was absolutely hotel in there. "

"I was working on business nearby and needed a good night's sleep. Hotel was very very busy when I arrived,vended up with a good 5 mins walk to the reception. Room was fine and up to Hilton standard, nice comfy bed and soft pillows. But, and here is the but! It cost an additional £15 per night to park at the hotel, food and drink are very expensive. "

"This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. But if you use the casino or shopping or food, its £3.00 or free. So it doenst make sense. Apart from the parking in VIP...

"The area around this Ramada leaves a little to be desired but the hotel is friendly spacious and very clean - great efficient check in with parking advice etc. Rooms were huge great temperature and clean. Breakfast was excellent with great choice fry up freshly cooked and ladies looking after breakfast really can’t do enough for you . Thanks in particular to Patricia !!"
