"You get what you pay for, not bad for the price. A few quirks such as the ground floor curtains not closing fully with work being done in the garden. A clothes hook installed upside down. Doesn't look like enough parking if it's full. That being said, staff were polite and the bed was comfy, and it was close to the resorts world arena which was ideal - decent price"

"We had an enjoyable stay for one night, we was due to fly the morning after, early, so it was convenient, only 5 mins drive away. Parking is fine on the courtyard, room had a kettle with coffee and teas, tv. You can see and hear the planes coming over but I liked that, the area is lovely, you can walk to the nec, it’s about 10 mins away. I would definitely stay again if I was flying from Birmingham."

"Place was clean inside shared bathroom, kitchen and dining. My room did not have a mirror so it was very inconvenient make sure you request a room that has mirror. Overall inside was very comfortable. To be honest outside was not the best area but once you are in the house it’s very comfortable. It was better than other places I rented for the money.There’s also a convenient store next to house which I found great since I didn’t rent a car. Very busy street and lots of stores to grab a bite.
