"Great value for money, great location, great breakfast but the line for check in was ridiculous and the worst I’ve struck. If heck in is at 2pm and your full or close to then why don’t you roster staff appropriately. The check in line was back to the elevators ( about 14 people in front of me )and 2 people on reception. The 2 staff were also on the phone, sorting out peoples internet and keys not working issues and it took over half an hour. Apart from that it was good ."

"We enjoyed our stay. Thought the price point was up there with such tiny rooms. Room service was quite limited. No dietary items to choose and all a bit fancy. I’m very fussy on bed comfort, but it was great. Easy walk to crown and Southbank. Easy tram ride to marvel stadium. Very quiet. Rooms are really dark in the morning for easy sleep ins."

"The property was perfect. Staff were very helpful as our first night we arrived at 3am. However our room had a smell of smoke which reception swiftly moved us to an upgraded room. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed. WiFi was down for an evening which was unfortunate but nothing anyone could do. Overall, clean and helpful hotel. "

"Great location and the hotel has excellent facilities. We loved the Pretty Boy bar. Service was excellent. The gym was also well equiped. Small but super quiet rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Overall a great stay for the family, small areas for improvement, the shower head can be changed to handheld one, so it is easier to shower the kids, also only one aircon for 2 bedrooms apartment can be an issue on hot days, but other than that, a great place. "
