"Enjoyable three days. Staff extremely friendly and helpful - special mention for Gulzar the Concierge. The room was comfortable and clean. Only disappointment was the fact that the shower was in the bath rather than separate, and that it had a shower curtain rather than a glass screen. The only other criticism was that after returning from the theatre it was not possible to have a drink at the bar."

"Lovely hotel in excellent location right next to tube and bus stations, and walkable to many restaurants, bars, museums. Clean and very kind staff"

"Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the lady at the spa and pool was by herself and more staff are needed in that area. As a former lifeguard, it took 5 of us to clean sauna and poolside etc. Expecting one person to cope is unacceptable."
