"My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend for our anniversary. I called ahead to request a high floor with a view and they really came through with one for me. We were overlooking the Tower Bridge and had a nice bottle of brut with some macaroons to enjoy, along with a nice note asking us to feel at home. My only gripe would be the elevator in the morning. Sometimes it would take 15 minutes to get to the lobby. Other than that, great location and warm, welcoming staff. "

"We chose Wilde Aparthotels because it is one of the few options for a multi-room suite at a not ridiculous price. We were obviously not the only ones, as there were lots of families there. There’s no formal front desk, but there are always staff there and they were great! The room was immaculate. Excellent condition, lots of space, nice amenities. Lovely bed/matress and pillows but the mini fridge hadnt been turned off and so made quite a lot of noise. Tv in the room was ok for picture quality but was an old TV with no modern amenities such as wifi connection/streming services and kept losing signal so we didnt bother trying.
