"The staff was extremely nice and eager to help the amenities with the hotel were great such as 24 hour beverages and snacks and a gym. The shower was amazing with very high water pressure. I would highly suggest down here to anyone that wants to stay in Kyoto."

"I had a great time staying at The Royal Park Kyoto Umekoji! My friend and I stayed for four nights. It is located in a nice quiet area of Kyoto and it is directly across the street from Umekoji station (just one station stop away from Kyoto Station). The cleanliness of the room left a little to be desired. There was still a few pieces of hair on the floor from previous guests, but nothing too abhorrent.
