"We visited for the second time to find our room to be more spacious than last time, with a comfortable bed and a nice clean space. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The reason we stay is the location, it is out of the way so a peaceful night sleep is guaranteed, but main tube stations are a 5-10 minute walk. Local cafes and restaurants are nice. Once again we didn't eat at the hotel due to the amount of local amenities and options. There are one or two small elements which are dated,...

"We had a delay at check in as our room wasn’t ready. We were offered free non-alcoholic drinks at the bar and also a room upgrade which we chose not to accept as it didn’t suit required number of beds for our family. The staff were super helpful and breakfast in the morning was the best hotel breakfast we’d ever had any of the extensive hotels we have visited, so fresh and piping hot. "
