"This was an excellent property for a single woman. The staff were very helpful. And they managed to get me in my room early after coming in on an early morning flight from the states. They even called me to let me know when it was ready. There was a little issue with the heat, but they were quick to remedy it. The only negative at all is that the atmosphere is a little cold. It doesn’t have the warmth that is typical in South Kensington properties but that’s a small price to pay for efficiency...

"I traveled from the US with my wife, daughter (13 yrs old) and my nephew (16 yrs old). We were visiting friends near Richmond, London, England. We were also traveling around England with a rental car. Most hotels around England do not come with parking so this is a big plus. They have an underground parking where you use a PIN to enter and exit. There is not much to do around the neighborhood but since we have a car it was not an issue. "The location of the room was very nice and the cleaning was also very nice but I think it is suitable for one person. The bed is really small for two people, we had difficulty sleeping. We stayed for eight days and not once did anyone come to clean, bring towels or ask if we needed anything. At least for longer stays, extra cleaning should have been done."

"Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and came with some basics in the kitchen area. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean, light, had plenty of space and a good shower. Staff were ever present and always opening doors, helping with luggage etc. "

"Lovely clean property... absolutely loved it.. would like a clock but im a time person.. shower absolutely amazing... town center location stayed during england final didnt hear anything... only issue i had was booking.. i booked paid and didnt hear anything i called number which i advise do not call cost a fortune to brazil.. message and call the london number for apartment...spoke to a lovely lady.. think her nsmr was alexandra very helpful not had that for a while.. tv does not have normal...

"Whilst I quite enjoyed my stay, there were a couple of things that weren’t very good - for context I was staying in a ground floor flat facing the street… once it gets dark, there are lights that shine on the building all night, which no timer or anything. There are no block out blinds, just wooden boards that you pull out, which don’t do a great job at keeping the light out - this means that the light shines on you all night. I’m quite a heavy sleeper so this wasn’t a massive issue for me, but...

"Lovely apartment. Lovely staff who checked us in. Walkable distance to the underground. We wanted a car park space but there weren’t any available. The receptionist said we could park on the street for free as it was weekend, which we were more than happy with. Will definitely stay again. "

"Lovely hotel warm and inviting. We had a very tasty meal in the restaurant and the buffet breakfast was good with a great variety of dishes, coffee was terrible though. I later saw the Starbucks near the lobby wish Id known I would have gone there. Beds were comfy, staff were helpful and polite. Will stay again."
