"I didn't like the check-in process. It was unorganized, I feel like the staff prioritized other guests who got there after us, were overall unhelpful. They attempted to charge me twice for the cost of the room refused to call expedia reps back so they could confirm that I already paid in full (even after showing them my receipt/confirmation). "This is a good generally good hotel, the rooms are clean and cleaned every day. You get 2 bottles of water left in your room each day, there is tea and coffee and a fridge/ safe. I have stayed 3 times this year, it’s great for the price- The only negative is the large amount of Rude and irritating Russians and Ukrainians, they will push you out the way to get in front of you and enjoy large amounts of alcohol- so they are generally noisy at night. "We had a great stay here. The facilities are excellent, pools are lovely, rooms are well equipped (bit dated in decor but clean and comfortable). The staff were amazing, couldn't be more helpful, from the reception team who dealt with an issue with our check in (Expedia hadn't forwarded our booking properly) and gave us drinks, wifi codes and calmed me down (!) to the restaurant team and the cleaners - everyone was really friendly.
