" The Hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay as a family. The view of the red sea was beautiful, the beaches were were nice with great snorkeling spots, and the layout of the hotel made for a nice walk in the evening. The restaurant had a large selection with good food. The spa was very relaxing with option for woman only for Muslims. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They were quick to help with replacing the broken phone in the room. There was also a kids play area and lots of different pools. They also had well priced and convenient evening shuttle services to naama bay, soho square, and old market/ al Sahaba Mosque (which is a quick taxi ride to Farsha cafe). It was the perfect place to stay in Sharm El Sheikh. We were able to explore and do everything we wanted to in Sharm with the help of the hotel staff. We would definitely stay again. Special thanks to Mr. Alaa Abu Bakr for helping us with our stay."

"Wonderful wonderful people, staff were going above and beyond. Names that I remember for front desk were 2 Mahmod, Abdulah, the nice guy who cleaned our room named Ahmed. One of the best spa services that I got was from facial treatment and she braided my hair too, her name was Hadeer. She was a beautiful nurse who works in beauty industry too. I received great massage from other lady too. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Rotana. The staff were very friendly, the food was great with new buffet options daily, and the resort was clean and well-maintained. The beach was stunning, with amazing coral and fish — a top-notch snorkeling spot! The only downside was the limited entertainment options, which could use more variety and better quality. Overall, a fantastic experience"
