"I stayed here for 3 days and all I can say is food was amazing a couple of things need to be redone or fixed I didn’t have a WiFi connection in my room which is pretty much needed in some areas of the hotel since sometimes you can lose your phone connection (data) a lot of the staff are very courteous, educated and well behaved but had a couple issues with a few one of the chefs for snacks from 11pm to 2am had a very bad actitud on Friday night November 13th he needs to work on his bad attitude...

"I arrived and they had no power. The place was filthy and unkempt along with the pool being green and it took over 20 minutes to find someone on the property. I spoke with the maintenance guy and the head of reservations and he said if I found my itinerary he would work on refunding my money. I came back after finding my confirmation number two time each day taking time from my vacation and I couldn’t find anyone on the property. So in turn I got screwed out of almost $400 "

"Casa is the very best place to stay in Sousa 5star ! The hosts Saskia and Marc are so hospitable, warm and friendly! Your stay will be so relaxing and and very comfortable in the cleanest place there is! No need to worry about the water as everything is certified as safe water at Casa 21!
