Staff was so very helpful, both checking in and out. When I checked out, the lady helping me, Bell Hayashi, was exceptional - she called a cab for me, helped me plan how to get to the airport-discussing several different options, carried my bags to the cab, and overall was so patient and just wonderful. The hotel is lucky to have her as an employee. 5 Stars to her. I had a great experience at this hotel and would not stay anywhere else, due to the exceptional service here."
