"This is our third time in Palazzo Ravizza since we discover this true Tuscan gem in the old town Siena. We're been visiting Siena since little children but now, all our Tucany tours once a year are about Palazzo Ravizza and that gorgeous building with the past charm of true "albergo". "Nice hotel. Staff are pleasant. Breakfast is great. Pool and spa are very good. Only negative comments are the rooms are dated, noise can be heard from lack of soundproofing and the A/C is not controllable from in room and didn’t work at all in ours. Overall still a good hotel/stay."

" Location was perfect. Steps from the square where all the action takes place including museums and good restaurants. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. I had to leave 4:30AM to catch an early flight and there was a box breakfast waiting for me at checkout. "
