"I would have given a much higher rating for the staff except for the fact I had called the hotel a half hour before arriving because we had some confusion about the distance to the hotel. The staff member told me they were only a 15 minute walk from the train station. It was nearly 25 minutes up a steep, poorly maintained sidewalk because they did not say there was an escalator from the train station to the top of the hill a short distance from the hotel!!"
