"Staff was amazing, spoke English, should us what were good things to visit in Florence, arranged taxis for us. This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants & tourist. Destinations. The only thing that could use some improvement is that the Wi-Fi was at times was weak and we would have to reconnect frequently."

"Lovely boutique hotel. My room was the Melograno Deluxe Room. The bathroom was spacious clean and bright. The room had a great view of the street and skyline. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was a short walk from everything and right in the middle of the action. Having said that it can get noisy at night hearing everybody having a great time till the early morning. I did sleep with the window wide open however. I did not care for their breakfast though. Eggs, coffe machine, pastry selection were subpar relative to other hotels Ive stayed at in Florence. Overall though I would stay here again, i had a great time. Thank you to the staff as well. "
