"We had an excellent stay: we will certainly return, and would recommend the hotel to anyone. It has a wonderful location, with beautiful views of the Arno and the Duomo. The breakfast was very good indeed, with lovely cereals, scrambled eggs, fruit and so on. The staff were charming and helpful. My one criticism would be that the shower was very tricky - the water was either icy or scaldingly hot. All in all, a special and delightful hotel!"

"We meet here for three days with a group of friends. Two of us had cars so the hotel parking was convenient. Cost was €25 per night to park. The hotel was a wonderful calm oasis in the middle of a bustling city. The staff were excellent. They provided great restaurant recommendations, made great coffee in the morning and cocktails at the other end of the day. 10/10"
