"This was a place to stay. Period. Nothing more. Wi-Fi did not work. The overhead shower is broken and did not work. Pieces of the bathroom door fell off. There was no hot/warm water for 36 hours. No shelf/hook/anything to place your toiletries on. Perhaps I should have communicated with management? Oh, that’s right! I tried 3x. No response in 4 days time. "

"Lovely place to stay. Having no Lift was a bit of a problem for us as the stairs to the appartment were a bit steep and then the second set of stairs to our room were even steeper. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, not far from anything. "

"Great two night stay at the Comfort B&B. Wonderful host made sure we were well looked after, despite her not speaking English and us not speaking Italian! Comfortable superking bed and room with a balcony, where we ate both nights. The B&B is very well situated a few minutes walk from the tram stop, which takes you into the centre of Florence in 10 minutes. Eating places, etc nearby and just round the corner, a great bakery, where we had coffee and croissants before heading into Florence for the...

"I loved my time here so much. The staff were so accommodating- someone even walked me to their favorite sandwich shop when I told him I desperately needed food asap and didn’t have much time. The room was immaculate with a comfy bed and modern bathroom. I appreciated the breakfast each morning- honestly the pistachio corner to might be the best one I had in Florence. The location was also perfect. I could walk to everything easily. "
