"Jaada was wonderful as was Andrea and the other woman with dark hair at the front counter (I'm sorry I can't remember her name, she was French). I had a bit of a problem with my room, leaking pipes left the carpet wet around the tub but Andrea helped with that. One day used pillow cases were left on my suitcase, no coffee was left and the toilet brush and plunger were left on the toilet. She must have been in a hurry that day. "

It was not set up like ours for the same price level. Their room was much smaller and the shower had no regular shower head, just a wand. I realize the rooms were built in a very old building but I wish they’d gotten a comparable room to ours. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much. "
