"Overall a good stay. All interactions with the staff were friendly and accommodating. The lobby and common areas were nice but the rooms could use a bit of an update/refresh. There was some noisy times of day, but to be expected in a downtown area. We enjoyed the connivence of taking the elevators right into the mall area, which has nice high end stores. Would recommend to anyone looking to be in a safe area still within walking distance to the heart of the French Quarter. "

"Value for the price, a block away from the noisy Canal Street. You can still hear the boom boxes from the cars and the revving of the engines, but that eases away after midnight. Staff was very friendly, location is very convenient. There is a market across the street, reasonably priced QSR food as well.
