"While the room itself was clean, they misrepresented the type of room I would get. I specifically booked a room that had a small fridge and a microwave because I’m on a special diet, and the room had neither of those. I talked to the front desk about it and they said they would have someone bring up those appliances, and no one ever did. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. Our TV had no remote control and when they gave us a remote control, it didn’t work. I probably won’t stay...

"I stayed here for a night just before an early morning flight. The late check-in process was easy, and after informing the front desk that I would need the shuttle in the morning, I was told to be there approximately 10 minutes before the top of the hour. Entering my room, I noticed a slight odor that I fairly quickly went nose blind to, but it was initially off-putting. That aside the bed was comfortable, the digital thermostat was easy to use, and the channel selection was fine. Trying to go...
