The property was very quiet. I had an issue with the front door system. I like the fact that they are thinking of our safety but when staff are away from the desk it is an issue to get into the property. One night we were outside for more than 2 minutes ringing the bell thank God someone was living and we were able to enter

We had an incredible stay at the Courtyard Hotel and Suites. The location was perfect, just a 9-minute walk from Frenchmen Street, Café Du Monde, Bourbon Street, and other iconic spots. It was the ideal balance. Close enough to the action but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet when we were ready to rest. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The courtyard, complete with a charming pool, was a true gem and gave us an authentic New Orleans vibe. We will definitely stay here again!

The staff was fantastic. Very cool vibe and easy walk to bourbon Street. It did take a LONG time for hot water to reach the shower but overall a good place to stay

It was about a 10 min walk to the French market and a 15 min walk to Bourbon Street. Easy to get Uber rides. The hotel was clean. Walls were very thin, could hear threw them. TV didn't work in our room and heat didn't work in another room. But overall good place!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Bourbon Street, but far enough to avoid the noise and crowds. It’s also right next to Armstrong Park and Congo Square, which adds a unique charm to the experience. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and brimming with historical spirit. The lobby is incredibly cozy and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while soaking in the atmosphere. The staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. If you're looking for a combination of convenience, charm, and great service, this is the place to stay. Highly recommend!

The hotel was simple and clean. If you are looking for a quiet place just outside the quarter for a good price this is it. Coffee and pastries were served in the morning in the great room as well as a private coffee machine in the room.24 hour staff and security. I would recommend this place.
