"Convenient and comfortable place to stay for our visit to The Running Show at the NEC. The hotel has everything you need, as do the rooms. Found the staff to be helpful too. Possibly the only thing I'd like to see improved is that the breakfast options for non-mainstream diets (vegan, gluten free) are a bit ordinary. You won't starve but there's nothing all that appealing either."

"We booked a family room for three people but when we got to the room it was not prepared for three. However when we went down to reception they gave us all the necessary linen for us to make up the bed ourselves and towels. Not enough coffee/tea provided either.
