"Very professional welcome and check in process with clear guidance on how to get to my room. Room decor was dated but it was very clean and bedding/towels were spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Good amenities in the room. Sadly I didn’t get to use the pool/gym due to my arrival/departure times. "Rooms were clean and modern, staff were great, breakfast as you would expect. Area not great e.g. drug users in underpass to get to central area. but it is in the middle of town."

"We were put in an accessible room which wasnt great (and didnt seem that accessible if you really needed it). But all the staff at reception and in the restaurant were really friendly and helpful. Sadly didnt get the chance to use the spa etc. "

"Check in was easy and staff were very polite and friendly. We were a bit early so our room wasn't quite ready so they upgraded us which was lovely. Nice and clean, spacious bedrooms and fantastic access to Cabot Circus car park and city amenities. Would recommend! "
