"Lovely aparthotel with good breakfast and even a happy/social hour in the evenings. Rooms are comfy, clean, and have everything you need. Parking was tricky and the carpark was completely full after 6pm, but we managed to sort it. "

"The hotel is located a short walk from Baz city Center. All you need to do is follow Basing View to get to festival place. The hotel is very quiet inside, even though it’s next to a railway which I’ve never heard from my room. I like the fact that all the rooms have window windows that can be slightly opened so you can get some fresh air in the room. The air-conditioning works very effectively and you seem to get an air conditioning unit in the room which you set your individual temperature...

"Front desk staff was amazing Philipino heritage lady (sorry can’t remember her name) really went above and beyond- really good place to stay. If you are ok with kids staying at your hotel- there were many around at the time but they didn’t affect the quality of my stay "

"The long drive and grounds are beautiful. The lift was broken and no attempt to ask anyone to help me with cases and bags . The shower was great but the angle of spray kept flooding the floor so we used 3 towels permanently to soak up the water so we could use the bathroom and the fan was very noisy "

"The foreign receptionist went above and beyond to help with our luggage, as my wife has mobility issues and it was too much for him and he was not feeling well. We stayed in our bedroom because my husband became quite ill ie gastric flu. We made the best of a not so pleasant time on our 34th wedding anniversary. Room service was wonderful."
