"Was only there for an overnight stay but service was great, room was nice and clean. Bed was a little hard and AC not too cold but shower was really nice and the buffet breakfast made getting up earlier worth it."

"Rooms small but adequate with good size comfortable double bed. My wife has mobility difficulties and the staff went out of their way to help when we wanted to go to dinner in the terminal Ocean restaurant and again in the morning when getting the airport assistance staff to help us get her and the luggage from hotel reception to the Virgin check-in desks."

"Well located for Terminal 5. Underground parking available at £15 per day. Spacious room. Great shower. Nice firm bed. Unfortunately, only one thin pillow per person (no spares in room), which resulted in a bad night’s sleep and a stiff neck. "

"Overall a good experience. My 3rd floor bedroom was very cold despite the provision of a small portable electric radiator which was ineffective and probably expensive to run. This differs to my travelling partner’s experience who said his was too hot. Other than that the hotel is finecc bc and I would use it again."
