The staff are friendly, and the rooms are modern. However, there was a booking issue where a king room booked via Expedia was switched to a queen room upon arrival, with a £30 fee to upgrade back to the originally booked room. After a brief dispute at check-out, the fee was waived. Despite this hiccup, the stay was overall enjoyable."

My biggest complaint was that it was so warm we had to keep the windows open all the time, which meant we had to listen to traffic noise all the time, and there is a lot of traffic noise. Other notes: Window blinds were damaged and half-functional. Combination clothes washer/dryer does not dry effectively. Only one key is provided for an apartment that sleeps six. "
