"Excellent service for free shuttle to and from the airport when booked in advance. Approx 5-10 min drive. Great breakfast spread but no gluten free options aside from fruits, cheese, eggs, ham. But was offered an omelette so that helped! I think the room service meal options were very expensive but had no other way to eat!"

"We stayed here for two nights but arrived late on our first night owing to our flight's arrival time and left very early in the morning due to our flight's departure time! But... This hotel was very well located in a safe neighborhood (IMO). Walking distance to restaurants and the Costanera Center. The hotel itself was very well priced and we got a huge suite for our stay. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. We would have happily stayed longer and would definitely consider this...

"Perfect place to stay in Santiago. Really beautiful hotel in a great location with friendly staff and very comfortable beds. We arrived early in the morning and they were really kind to let us check in straight away which was amazing after a long overnight flight. I would highly recommend staying here."
