"Our stay at Rho departamentos was good, the place itself is in a very good area where there is a lot of dining options. 30 min walk to Cerro San Cristobal. And walkable distance to other attractions. One of the things we liked about this place was the concierge, and how the safety is important, (not everybody can walk into the building without a QR code) Communication was great with the host; they allowed us to keep our luggage early on the day and also were able to check us in a couple hours...

"First of all, this is not a hotel or tourist apartments. It's residence apartment block, so you get no help from the front desk, no access to the gym and no access to the laundry room. We booked this place on the understanding we could use the the gym and laundry room, the website gave false information. When cooking in the kitchen, the power would cut out every 30 seconds, the people who own the apartment were unhelpful in fixing this. My advice would be not to bother and go somewhere else."

"Sophisticsted and pleasent. Nice appartment. The room number was not given in the announcement. That made the check-in process tedious. But the person at the check-in counter was very helpful. There was some minor damage here an thereto the furniture. However oberall it was pleasent and calm!"
