The only thing we noticed was on 11th Floor the smell on the corridor like sewage all over that floor but not in the room! We arrived shortly after 8 and we’re not given an early check in, despite that being one of the bonuses offered. We did end up getting in about an hour early. "For airport shuttle, you need to contact the hotel in advance. The instruction was a bit unclear so we weren't able to find the shuttle. We then asked some local to help us contact the hotel yet no one was picking up the phone for the first few tries. When it finally got through, the hotel said the next shuttle will come within 10 min which never did.
