"Shortly after arriving, we noticed air conditioning was not working in our room. Staff came up to have a look and verified the issue. Hotel agreed to give us new room next day. Luckily, it was the weather cool that night in London (April 2025). Next day, we had our new room. A little inconvenient, but staff responded quickly. Had new room next day with good A/C."

The selection of food was great, but very busy and only one coffee machine working, caused big queues for coffee. Had a nice swim on our own in the morning, but the pool could have been a bit warmer and just look a bit tired. "
