"Never been to Watford (from US) but took a chance. Turned out to be an amazing place. Cool old UK pub and above, modern chic rooms. Ann Maria was the bartender and hotel host and she was outstanding and a hoot. She treated us like family from the moment she met us. Sean the manager treated us the exact same way. We found our experience here delightful the hotel room was cleaned to a very high standard and the staff were very friendly, even going out there way to move our room to a ground floor one due to my daughter being disabled.
